Serious providers state the bead diameter and a size indication. If this is missing, returns due to incorrect size are almost guaranteed.

Some things you can spot from a distance. These five are the most common.
- Unnaturally bright colors, especially bright blue, hot pink, and neon green agate. This is almost always dyed.
- All beads identical in pattern. Real stone varies per bead; that's its characteristic, not a flaw.
- Healing or medical promises in the product description. Meaning is cultural, not a treatment.
- The same product photo you see at three other shops. Then you're buying from a middleman.
- No mention of hardness, origin, or maintenance. Someone who knows the stone will write about it.

We operate from the Netherlands and string everything ourselves. Batches of beads are sorted per delivery for color depth, consistent polish, and hairline cracks. Anything that deviates does not go into a bracelet. This costs more beads per bracelet than a factory accepts, and it's precisely why our photos are of actual items and not catalog images.
