Rhodonite bracelet

Rhodonite is pink with black veining, and that veining is manganese oxide. The more black, the calmer the stone looks. That makes rhodonite one of the few pink stones that doesn't turn sweet straight away.

Pink or black

The pink version in 6mm is the classic, with the pink dominant and the black running through as veining. The black rhodonite in 8mm is the same stone type with the ratio reversed: mostly dark with pink showing through. That one is worn mainly by men, which is surprising for a pink stone but makes sense the moment you see it.

What to combine it with

Pink rhodonite next to moonstone is soft on soft and the most chosen combination in the women's collection. If you want to temper the pink, put hematite beside it. Black rhodonite works next to matte obsidian as dark on dark with a colour accent.

The right size

Pink rhodonite is 6mm, black rhodonite 8mm. Measure your wrist and add about one and a half centimetres; the breakdown is in the size chart. Exchanging for another size costs nothing.
